This company comes in with a low quote and then proceeds to nickel and dime you to death We asked for a refund of extra monies that we had paid for work that was listed on the quote The owner agreed to the refund and then changed his mind because he was reported to the Revdex.com The relationship was going really well as long as we kept paying them for additional work The relationship went sour when we continuously had to ask them to come back and do their repairs over again or that something else popped up along the same line they repaired

The first pictures were the quality we got at FIRST Once we complained, the owner came out and made it right, which is the second group of pictures This job has been difficult for them and we have had to complain numerous times about leaks that were addressed as part of our contract Each time, the owner has tried to make it right But we are left feeling that it was our fault that it wasn't done correctly in the first place, and this includes the sprinklers and valves The sprinklers that they replaced and said they would adjust are still hitting the street and the middle of our drivewayWe felt like we were wrong in complaining that we wanted what we paid forNow we find that one of the sprinkler heads they replaced just short weeks ago needs to be replaced again, as does the riser One of the valves that they redid, had a bad solenoid, short weeks later so we have someone else fixing that, because, as it was said to us, this company loses $100-$every time they need

Our complaint has yet to be resolved after conversation with the Owner weeks ago!
