Premier Hot Dog and Food Carts

I purchased a $*** new-build food cart from *** *** at premier hot dog and food carts in MesaAfter receiving the cart weeks late there are multiple things wrong with itStarting with the weld on the trailer which was supposed to have been fixed but covered over with silicone and paint*** said he does not have a certified welder and could not complete the jobOther issues with the cart include leaking holding tanks, loose screws and rivet's, holes where screws or rivets used to be, the main panel on the back of the cart has a huge dent in it, the front side of the cart has multiple scratches dings and dents within the working areaThis cart does not appear to be new with all the condition issuesThe workmanship is very poor
