We recently had Premier Improvement build a bathroom in the basement for us. It took a little longer than we expected but we are happy with the results so far. We understood a lot of people wanted to do different projects in their homes since travels and vacations are not happening that much this summer and we appreciated their effort to finish working before our son started school online. They are professionals and the quality of the work is good, they care about what we wanted and delivered. They want you to be 100% happy and will work hard if they have to for the costumer to be pleased.

We recently had Premier Home Improvements complete a remodel of our hall bath. This included replacing a tub with a fully tiled shower, new tile floor, and painting/patching the walls. They were extremely professional, detail oriented and wore masks the entire time they were in our home. We had frequent check-ins by the management to make sure project was going well and we were happy. They are not the cheapest out there but the price was fair for the excellent work done. We would hire them again. Overall a very good experience!

We got a bathroom in the basement remodel last year from Premier Home Improvement LLC. The work was great by them the bathroom was a totally amazing improvement on what is used to be. We had some minor issue with the time it took to get it remodel it almost took two month before it was done. They did work with us when we saw a minor issue with the wall that need to have a cover for a pipe. They honor their Warranty when we had a minor water leak this year they came out to check it but that did take a bit longer to come that was I expecting. Overall I was very satisfied with there work

From the initial consultation appointment to the finishing of the project, Premier Home Improvements exceeded our expectations. We had a big project in our basement that required moving a furnace, water heater, knocking down walls, installing an ejector pump, installing a full sized bathroom/shower and putting in new tile, drywall, cabinets and sink. Through all of the steps, the communication was great and any minor hiccups were addressed immediately without issue. Overall, my wife and I are extremely happy to see our vision come true for our basement and it couldn’t have happened without the great work from Premier. Extremely highly recommended.

An excellent choice for home improvement.
We had a bathroom remodel that was ten years in the making. We had done all the rest of the work in the house and the bathroom was the last. Since I had three joint removals done we felt we needed to farm this out.
We interview four separate contractors for the job and chose Premier Home Improvements LLC as the one to go forward with the contract. What had impressed us the most was their approach to managing the project. It was a project manager's approach.
Everything was laid out, in writing, as to what were their responsibilities and what were our's. What we had to supply and when it was to be there for our side. What they would do at each stage of the project, demolition, plumbing, electrical, walls,. tiling, and so forth was documented and we had to sign off on it.
That helped us to make the decision. What earned them the five stars was the quality of experts they brought in to perform the work. Craftspeople all. If an issue was discovered they just did not bill ahead with what they thought should be done but they involved us and asked our opinion on how to handle something. I can think of only one thing that I was able to provide a solution for that they had not thought of.
All in all we were very thankful for the company as a whole during these trying times (COVID-19) and I am certain that even if we were not battling a pandemic they would have shown the same level of care, commitment, and professionalism

I am extremely pleased with Premeir! We needed a handicap ramp to be installed for my husband. Premeir was very efficient in getting this job done. Not only did I get a return phone call within 12 hours, they were over to my house within 8 hours to review the plan. I had the complete job done to perfection within a week. The ramp is classy looking and sturdy. I am going to use the Premeir to remodel my second bedroom this summer. I am so happy I found this company because they are easy to work with and very reasonable.

Premier worked with us to change the footprint of our bathroom to make it larger and more functional for a family of 4. Once the walls were down, they suggested a layout that was much more functional than what we originally had in mind and we are so glad we trusted their expertise in this area. We appreciated the quick turnaround on our project to allow for a construction free home when we brought our new baby home. Everyone who has seen the before and after is impressed with the outcome.

I had a service door installed and Vince was great to work with and answered all my questions and concerns. I had other companies bid on the job and Premier was the one I felt comfortable with. The installer which was Adam was great to work with as I actually stayed out there watching him.
