Review: I special ordered two sofas from this furniture store. After sale and delivery of items the quality (stretchiness) of the fabric caused an immediate problem with the back sofa cushions stretching out of shape. Within a month of purchase I contacted the store owner and returned the cushions for her inspection. I was sent to the manufacturer and was told what should be done to make my new sofas work. Tina, the store owner that sold me the sofas, insinuated it was my fault for choosing a fabric that had stretch in it. Of course my fabric choice was from a small swatch in a fabric sample book! This proprietor changed her entire personality after the purchase. Her answer to everything was that I changed my mind and wanted something different than I ordered. I loved my sofas except for the fact that the cushions on the back looked like 'sausages' after minimum use.Desired Settlement: [redacted], the proprietor, would not do anything to fix the stretching problem unless I was willing to pay an extra $340. I wanted just the pillows done right at the stores expense. I filed a claim with American express but because this dragged on over several months, time bacame an issue. She finally answered the claim with excuses and falsehoods that I had sent doctored photos. Not sure how to doctor photos! I finally had to give up. I was losing too much sleep over this.
