Premier Fitness

I joined Premier Fitness on January 2, 2020. I had a 7 day free trial and then paid $399 for 12 weeks, which expires April 18, 2020. When I joined, my primary reason was that they offered evening classes five days a week. Two days of the week was 8pm, which was the most convenient for me. A couple of weeks ago, ***, the owner's girlfriend informed me that now they only have 5:30am classes. I asked her for a refund, as that is not what I had signed up for. She tried to convince me that online workouts were just fine, but I cannot workout at home, my house is small, I have kids and dogs, which make it impossible. I asked her again, for a refund of the remaining time and she just stopped responding. I also reached out to ***, the owner, but he also has not responded. I feel this is extremely unprofessional and very frustrating. They had me sign up for something and I only went about 4 times and then they changed it to a time I cannot go. It went from three to four options of workout times per day to only 5:30am, which I am unable to make. I'm so frustrated and disappointed now, I want all my money back.
