Palomar health failed to report the following:They received a payment from *** on 12/30, however, due to an accounting issue on their side they sent me the same ill againThey didn't provide me neither an itemization for their charges and where my insurance failed to coverThey didn't call me despite my voice requesting them to call back to discuss options of resolution Attached is the evidence that Palomar hospital got paid on 12/by ***, however, they claimed they never received the payment I got the credit card involved to investigate the matter Regards,*** ***
