charges.  Ms. [redacted] sought medical treatment at the Premier ER on March 19th at 9:45 p.m.  The Premier Urgent Care located next door closes at 9:00 p.m.  While it is usual and customary for ERs to charge a facility fee, there was clearly some confusion and / or misunderstanding on her behalf related to the charges.  As such, our proposal for resolving this matter would be to limit her out-of-pocket cost to what she has already paid.   Thank you for your assistance in this matter!
