the rebates do not come from the local store but I will contact the people responsible and be sure this is taken care of.
I have discussed the issue with the customer and invited her back to the store for resolution. 8/6/2015 she came back to Midas and we put a conversion shock kit by passing the air system to correct the problem. She was happy with this as we did not charge her any more money....
