Premier Designs

Review: On February 23, 2011 I hired [redacted] at Premier Design to draft remodel plans for my salon, so that I may obtain a building permit from the city. I was quoted $1,000 for the service. I made an advance payment of $500 with $500 to be paid upon completion of work. [redacted] took all the original blueprints. To this date he has not completed the work he agreed to perform. He is also eluding me.
