I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this is untrue. There was a nail plate (a piece of wood) to protect the pipes. The nail went through the plate and into the pipe likely because it is not the right kind of nail but I do not know.In any case, I have been contacted by his subcontractor but the work has not been started. Additionally, I did not receive payment for the plumber as of today.
