I used pdandc for post flood rebuildThe contractor was knowledgable but did not oversee the subcontractors closelySince the was finished I have had numerous plumbing, electrical, and finishing problemsAll the recent companies I have had to repair the above problems have cited shoddy work from pdandc as the causeThe high price I paid for his work was bad enough but I have now had to pay lots of $$$ to repair his "repairs"
