Premier Cuts Lawn and Landscaping

I contacted owner Brian B on 10/30/19 that I would no longer be using his lawn services effective immediately. I received the final bill of $50 for services rendered in October on 10/30/19 Inv# 1957. I paid for that invoice on 10/30/19 in full. I had not heard from Mr. B nor received any further lawn services by Mr. B since then. Today, 1/29/2020, I received an invoice from Mr. B for January services in the amount of $50 Inv#***. I immediately sent Mr. B a text and informed him that I received this invoice in error since I had not used his lawn service since October. I requested he text or email me acknowledging that it was sent in error. I also emailed Mr. B with the same request. I sent him a few more text messages requesting he acknowledge my request as I was not going to pay for services that were NOT rendered and I did not want an outstanding bill under my name not being taken care of or being sent to collections for non-payment. After numerous attempts, NO response was received my Mr. B either by text or email. I can respect that the invoice may have been sent in error but a simple response acknowledging as such would have been appreciated. His bad business practices and unprofessionalism is why I discontinued the use of his company in the first place.
