While we tried to resolve this as quickly as possible, there was a slight delay as we had to arrange for one of our staff to personally deliver the settlement to ***As you can see from the attached release signed by ***, this has been resolved

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below No complaints not resolved as weeks have gone by since dpeaking to them no sign of refund There was mention of something they want signed confirming that there will no longer be a connect between us by signing off on said document You gave only days from days ago If I sign and you close this complaint I fear the will not keep their promise.

WE have had an awful time with the propane delivery. Despite having prepaid, for the 3rd time our tank has run empty. losing heat in the frigid cold with 4 kids in the house in unacceptable
