Was hired to do foot drains and set up pool. Set up pool at least a half of foot off level and put one of the uprights almost completely in front of the out put hile for the pump hose. Was informed of the hole being blocked and came over and cut the upright so the hose would fit. We filled the pool and noticed how unlevel it was. This was July 3rd. We called him all week and got his voice mail. When he did call back he said he would fix the next day. This went on untill July 11. I called him and tol him I was contacting people to report him. He came over and said he woulx be over the next day when the pool was empty. I called him July 12th at 8:40 am with my contact # and to let him know it was empty. Got home at the end of my work day no show no call.I called him and got his voice mail and informed him enough was enough and that I was reporting him for this. We are unableto use our pool.My husband and I paid him 1600.00 for this work.Product_Or_Service: drains and pool installmDesired SettlementI think he should pay us at least 400.00 for not doing his job correctly. Most pool companys and contractorsI have contacted since this issue charge 500.00 and it is done correctly.I also think people should be made aware of his work ethics.
