Review: I have been a customer of Premier Bank Card for several years. I recently relocated from Michigan to Colorado, and I did not receive all of my forwarded mail. I am an insurance professional, and I was between jobs for approx. 80 days. However, I still made more than the minimum payment on ALL of my credit cards. I had to transfer my insurance license between states, and there was enough credit to charge my credit card. Still, they charged my credit the "annual fee," which I did not dispute. But because my card went $20 over the "limit," it was IMMEDIATELY reported to the credit bureau, causing my credit score to fall 50 points. I spoke to two inept customer service reps., and stated that despite my paying more than enough to bring the card "current" (it is now $100 below the credit limit), they would not reverse the adverse communication to my credit company. I did not seek any credits -- just rectification to the credit bureau, considering the circumstances and my stellar payment record. They were unmoved, and now I am forced to take action.Desired Settlement: I want Premier Bank Card to contact the credit bureau, and explain it was an error. This is their error, not mine.
