The postcard was part of a campaign that used personalized URL's - a web address that included the prospect's name. There was no personal information on the website - or on the postcard. The postcard included a name and address and the website URL included the name. We purchased
the mailing list through our agency - **. We are happy to remove the customer's name from our mailing list but for them to keep it from popping up in future campaigns (ours or someone else's) they'll need to subscribe to a "do not mail" list through groups like www.dmachoice.org

After speaking with our salesperson and the manager that handled their second vehicle purchase from Premier Auto sales, we concluded, neither of our staff acknowledged that Premier Auto Sales would cover any amount of their vehicle
registrationsVehicle registrations will be collected if expiration dates are within days of purchased date, otherwise, fees and registrations are responsibilities of the buyers

The GMC Arcadia was purchased almost 5 months ago, a 6 month/6000 mile powertraim warranty was provided free with purchase, most if not all Used Car Dealers will retail their vehicles As Is or we've seen a 30 day warranty with 50/50 split on parts and labor !!Premier Auto Sales goes above and beyond...

to assist, by offering to waive more than half the labor.  You and your husband drove 800 miles over the warranty coverage.  By your own omission, their was no warnings !  No one can predict when a mechanical failure may occur, that's why Premier Auto Sales provided a FREE  powertrain versus sellling a used vehicle As Is and your family had other maintenance coverage provided by Premier Auto Sales like your AC repairs.  This was an unfortunately event, but by no means did Premier Auto Sales sell you a used vehicle with known faulty engine.  You and your husband signed the loan documents, with all necessary disclosures, especially info on the FREE Limited PowerTrain coverage for 6 month/6000 miles, whichever comes first.  I will be happy to sit with you or and your husband and go over policies, procedures and coverage if you feel you didn't receive everthing in writing.John [redacted], President of Premier Auto Sales

copy of title is readily avail. If an accident occurred and repairs were done prior to our purchase, and was minor, not causing excessive damage, it was not disclosed to Premier Auto Sales. A copy of Carfax in file reflect an accident occurred 3/02/2012 "Damage reported Vehicle involved in collision hit while parked Right side primarily damaged". No indications of extensive damage, insurance claimed/total loss sustained.
Premier Auto Sales does not feel we sold Mr. [redacted] a "Salvaged Vehicle" as claimed by [redacted] Auto, and will not take responsibility for such false claims.
