I purchased a vehicle from them and after paying for the vehicle in full the business directed me to their insurance repHe informed me that I had some outstanding ICBC ticketsHe told me that I wouldn't be able to insure the carI told him that that was fine and I would have vehicle towed to my house and inside it on my ownThe manager said that I could not do that and when I asked for my money back he refused and said that it was a final sale and I would have to find someone who would insure the car for me and told me I had to leaveI couldn't believe I had entered this business with $in cash that I had saved for over a year to assume and was leaving with no car and no money!!!!!! It has been almost a year now and I still haven't received the car or a refund and I'm upset

We went to Premier a couple months agoWe bought a Pontiac GBrought it home and the engine light went on pretty much right awayWe phoned Premier, they said bring it back and we will do a diagnostic on it ( They didn't charge us )It was the CAT converter! They actually paid $for it, installed and and BAM No check engine lightAl you have amazing service for a Used car dealership! THANKS! I would recommend if you're looking for a used car where the dealer actually takes care to mke sure you're happy, Go here!
