I have now reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12582154, and find that this resolution is extremely unsatisfactory! I told mr *** that if he didnt fix the vehicle,,I didnt want it!! Mr *** gave his word, and in addition,,we were sent to more than one autobody shop(at his request)..I even left my vehicle at the body shop and was told by the owner that mr.*** didnt want to pay his priceI have been to his establishment on several different occasions and have been given the waiting games!! I have also reached out to numerous past customers who have been done the same way by this guy..(thats what hes talking about when he says im undermining his business) I just didnt figure I was the only one this guy cheated"There are many"!! Mr *** should be a honest business man and keep his word! A history of Shady, dishonest business practices in such a small community gets around!! I am now locked into a contract for a vehicle I dont want!!
