while it may have been somewhere written in the fine print of the contract the business was not upfront about not reporting to a credit bureauAfter charging at least double what the car is worth and having a high interest rate I mistakenly had assumed that they would be reportingI did attempt to contact the business regarding a change in my pay structure and the early due date but they were uncooperative and simply came back with "well you signed a contract" two years agoThat's not exactly what I'd call "understanding"I will never be doing business with this poor excuse for a dealership again

In response to this complaint, we were every up front with the customer that we do not report to any credit bureauWe did inform customer that if she made her payments on time we would transfer her to a bank that does report to the credit bureauWe are unable to change payment dates once a loan
has been contractedWe do however verify the dates work for the customer before we contract a loanWe have always been up front and understanding with our customers and plan to continue to be so
