As the office manager that handles rent payments and such, I am given a list of deductions to take out of deposits at the end of a lease by our maintenance guy which is approved by the leasing manager I have no control of the deductions I have gave the complaints of the two tenants to our leasing manager and he feels the deductions are fair and just Our maintenance guy is the one who inspects the apartmentsSometimes the tenants will leave the keys on the counter instead of completing a walk thru with him This is the case here Our maintenance is available to complete walk thrus as we feel this is the best way to prevent situations like this
