I called Premier Appliance as I needed a Stove repair for a rental and had a deadline They were very professional and came out the next morning [redacted] called about minutes out which was very helpful He was very nice and very helpful He not only fixed the stove at a very low price but told me how to make sure the problem didn't happen again Actually you don't find customer service like this very often now days! I would highly recommend this appliance company and I will call them again if I need help with appliance repair Thank you Premier for being helpful, professional, and economically fair

I dont normally write reviewsi just dont take the timebut this company I will Daniel came to my home he was our last optioni had been dealing with [redacted] for over months since this was my extended warranty service company that was referred tothere was over visits to my home with [redacted] every time there was a person different every time they ordered parts and there was alot of waitingcame to the point that they told me my built in refrigerator was no longer repairableWe found Premier Appliance Daniel came checked my refrigerator told me what was wrong came back week later fixed itI have received calls from him and [redacted] from his office just checking if my refrigerator is working Nothing like their service no time wasted no money wastedhe told me what it was came back with parts and fixed it I will and would refer this company to anyone that has problemsthey are reliable and trustworthy company

This is my first time using this company I was impressed from the beginning...starting with ***, who sthe appointment and answered all my questions I needed a washer and dryer inspected I checked out several companies and Premier Appliance is the only one, that would not charge extra for a inspecting a 2nd appliance I loved the technicians, too Everything was explained to me in simple terms The repairs were done quickly, as estimated and the best part is they left no mess I will definitely use them again and I will happily recommend them to friends and family
