In regards to the coin that [redacted] purchasedOur policy at the co-ops is "All Sales Final".We did contact the vendor that he purchased this coin from to see if he would take a return or exchangeand he did not want to because he didn't know if the coin got scratched after it was taken from thepremise.Our clerks do not have, and cannot have all the knowledge on every item from the hundreds of vendorsthat sell hereIt is up to the customer to determine before purchase whether an item is in sufficientcondition or quality before purchase.This is not the case with all unsatisfied customersIt depends on the vendor that the items waspurchased from and what the issue is with the item.Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The scratch that appears on the coin itself is an old one The dealer himself has many other coins on sale at the Premier Antique Store, suggesting that he has had experience owning, examining, selling, and dealing with his coins There is no way that he could've missed the scratch when he examined the particular coin If the dealer does not accept my suggestion to exchange the coin and the store itself does nothing, I guess that the store condones whatever its dealers want, regardless of how honest these dealers are That's why I will not come back to the store unless the dealer reconsiders my suggestion to exchange coins at the same value
