I believe that *** *** should have done a complaint against Carrier, NOT Premier Air Conditioning & Heating LLCWe have done nothing wrong in this situation! In fact we went by again a few days later and took care of an issue she had with her thermostat (the batteries needed to be replaced in
it) and didn't charge her anythingIn regards to the bad condenser fan motor we did exactly as we would with any customer, went out diagnosed the problem, went back with the OEM part since it was still under warranty and charged labor to install the part that went bad *** *** had requested *** to come back out and put the part in, but rather than have her wait until the end of the day we sent *** over to get her cooling as soon as possibleOur first trip out after installation was December of and we had to replace some 3amp fuses in the system and then in August of we went and installed a condenser fan motor
