I am rejecting this response
because: The renovations he installed didn't last longer than a month without needing repairs or completionWe complied a list which we then handed over to our realtor companyThey said, once they contacted the sellers realtor she was not willing to help us in contacting him about the work. The siding repair was not completed by ***, it was completed by our realtor company, for which we have proof of repair. It clearly stands that *** or his company did neither of the following, contact us about the issues and discuss a possible resolution or fix any of them. We are rejecting his claim, his claim is inaccurate and because no resolution ever came from *** and his company. If any effort from *** and his company, was made to resolve this matter with us, we would have been willing to remove our complaint. As it is, our compliant still stands.

We were notified of a siding issue which needed caulking. We did fix this. I am unaware of any other issue or any issues they are referring to in this complaint. I do not have a list of what they are describing. Mr***
