Customer purchased a [redacted] g pen.  We sell them for tobacco use.  Customer returned it with marijuana in it.  We asked him to leave as it is illegal.  As in customer remarks, there is a clear sign in the display case where this was purchased stating that refunds were not...

allowed. I will be happy to do a refund with the customer present, as well as the police department. John T.

well I see a receipt, and a bank statement with 1 transaction at our store, but no information? What is the problem?
