In October, I called the company for a service call to my [redacted] Microwave Oven detailing that the microwave was not rotating.. A technician arrived on time, using a small flashlight, and looking under the disc, but not checking the control panel - declared that "computer not worth fixing" and charged $65.00 plus tax for the visit. He also said that I should buy another microwave. Before spending over $400, I decided to check with the manufacturer and was told that the unit IS reparable. The company repairman checked the control panel and declared that 2 parts were needed to fix an intermittent problem. The next day, the microwave was working and has worked ever since. Maybe just taking out the control panel fixed the problem.
Since October, I've been trying to get a refund for their " service" call, but they keep putting up barriers - first they wanted a copy of the invoice from the company repair department, and when I sent it, they then wanted a signed copy. saying "the unit is working". They do not believe me that the unit is working now.
They need qualified technicians. They also need to learn how to deal with the public. I will never recommend them, in fact I will tell my friends to avoid dealing with them.
