Tim *** with BKS Redevelopment in Kansas City, MO was hired to rehabilitate my historic 3-story home in Union HillThe original bid was $20,I ended up paying over $30,and the job was left uncompletedThis was suppose to included repairing siding, soffit, new roof, gutters, painting, etcHe disappeared from the job to somewhere in CO leaving the house a messSome of the issues Mr*** created include putting a hole in my master bedroom ceiling, a broken window, all windows were painted over without removing paint, all screens and storm windows were left all over the yard without being replaced, broke slate tiles were not replaced, a mechanical lift hired with my money was rented out by him to another contractor, a neighbors fence was destroyed and not completed, the home was painted the wrong color in multiple areas and he left the painting uncompleted leaving exposed areas, he stole a ladder from my garage, etcI have no information for the roof warranty or other i
