A work order was filed Monday morningBy Wednesday morning I called two times to follow upwhen I finally spoke, I forwarded the email work order I had to call again on Fridaythey said they had sent someone last week to work on it I then told them the work order was sent this Monday then they said they would schedule something FridayThey asked when I would be thereis said they should get whatever keys they need with the Management company Later that afternoon they called to ask me how can they get into the unitI told them that, as I had indicated before, they should get the keys they said the Management company is hard to get a hold ofI said they should still call because there is an answering service which can patch them throughthey said that was too hard so they will email them and cc me end of the day Friday and no emailthe repair hasn't been doneI sent an email for an update no response so it's been a full work from the time the work order was sent and they havdnt done anything or communicated today's work status
