Review: I had found a house for rent on Craigslist The address is [redacted] I got in contact with the owner [redacted] and have been in contact with The for the last few weeks she advised me to go through the property management intern application with $35 To run my credit so I did. Me and the land lord have been talking about me renting the house for a few weeks now and she had told me she would rent to me still have all the text messages from me and her then yesterday I got a call from Preferred Property Management In Lodi Saying they denied my application so I called today to find out why and to see if I could get my $35 back and to tell them the land lord told me she would rent to me for $1150 a month and she had told me she don't have to give me a reason why and when I asked to speak with the manager or supervisor she's been hung up on me I believe her name is [redacted] or [redacted] I was inform to Google the business and they have horrible Reviews also customer service I find it very unprofessional the way they handle the business.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and a apology for the way they have been Also I still would like to rent the house but straight from the owner Evelyn Howard still the property management the reason she has to go through them she says cuz she's locked into a contract which the customer service she should be able to get out of it without losing any money.
