Preferred Pools & Spas, Inc.

I never got a chance to do business with Preferred Pools & Patios, Inc. I called in one morning and asked the woman that asked the phone if their services include a one time cleaning service because that is what I am looking for. She placed me on hold by mumbling "hold on" and asked someone. She came back and said yes. I proceed to ask my next question: Please tell me what your cleaning includes? She said she did not know and then passed the phone off to a man. He began speaking to me without any greeting of who he was and then rambled and rambled on about why he could not give me a price over the phone. (Well, I never asked for a price). Moreover, he insulted me by calling me "Honey" over the phone. I guess professionalism and phone etiquette are not apart of this company's business model. Before things became more awkward, I just thanked him for for time and hung up. I rather do business elsewhere.
