It was amazing! And not in a good way The office staff was very rude, the office manager in particular Her people skills were surprising and her knowledge and ability to express herself were equally surprising; when challenged on a vaccination issue, her response was assuming we were "just repeating something we read in a blog somewhere." The healthcare system is broken, for sure, and dealing with this simply has to be avoidable
