Preferred Pavers

Work performed by company covered entire back area and boat of home.
I contacted Bruce ( owner of company) about the cement dust coming from concrete saw blowing all over my new boat, back area and screened area. I explained to him that that type of saw has a hose connection so dust doesn't go everywhere. He stated it makes a mess using the hose and not able to do it that way. This went on for about a week starting the 7th to the 14th. I tried to keep this professional. He came by after I called him again when done to as the situation. This is not a blow or rinse situation. There will be a film left if not everything is washed. I explained this to him and he said he would have his son and helper to come by and clean up. I stated no one is touching my new boat and that it would be $150 for that. He said send me a bill. I emailed him and sent text message and have been ignored. Due to all the hrs I put into this due to his negligence I am asking for the full 10 hrs of clean-up I put into it. I make $125 hr in my business so feel it is fair to ask for $1,250.00 now that I have to go after him, lost time and aggravation. I have pictures showing everything covered.

I had pavers installed by this company. They were referred to me by a neighbor and the neighbor took the time to show the quality of their paved driveway. I called to get a paver quote right away! I ended up expanding an existing deiveway. They removed my old ugly concrete driveway and installed a huge paver driveway. I also had them restore a huge paver area which had already been installed years before. I wouldn't call anyone else if I ever needed another paver job. Another neighbor on our culdesac then used this company too! Three houses right in a row all because of the apparent quality difference this company insists on providing. They won't be the least cost option but I am confident they were my best pick for quality versus cost and I am so satisfied that I paid a bit extra for a job done to a crazy level of excellence!!
