Preferred Medical Plan, Inc

This health insurance company can almost be considered a scam. I got my insurance through the health care website. I give Preferred Medical Plan a negative review because it is impossible to reach a customer service representative, even to make monthly payments. I have requested automatic payments twice now. Both times, I was told that they wold mail me a form to fill out and return to them, which I never received. On top of that, it took about 4-5 months for me to finally receive my membership card. I also found out that my PCP has a history of malpractice, plus it has become a hassle to schedule an appointment with him. I requested a list of providers to change to a different one but have yet to receive that as well. Save yourself the headache, and pay the few extra bucks for a health insurance company that will actually provide the service you need.
