The item in question is for premium to *** *** Insurance (not to Preferred-Protectors Agency) that was earned while the policy was in force after the premium was not paid and until *** *** was able to issue cancellation notice. The collection action was taken by *** *** (not
Preferred-Protectors) after the billing for this was not paid. However, there was some confusion about address changes, even though there is still a homeowners policy (only for the residence where you actually live) still in force at the address where the billings were sent. Due to this confusion, I was able to persuade *** *** to rescind the earned premium billing and withdraw the collections action. *** *** no longer owes this bill and the issue has been resolved

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
