Trying to rent home. Contacted business multiple times. They rented to another couple, stating that we did not communicate with them. We did.
My husband and I inquired about a home for rent to own. Not only did they try to up the rent at the last minute, but after working with them to bring it back to the asking price, we needed to inform our apartment that we were moving. We were supposed to contact [redacted] the weekend of [redacted]. We had sent numerious emails, and called leaving voice mails to each number provided multiple times. As of [redacted] I was finally able to get a hold of [redacted] and was informed that because they had no contact from us that they rented out the house to another couple. I informed [redacted] that we tried to leave him multiple emails phone calls from both my husband and myself informing him that we were still very interested in the home for rent to own. I asked [redacted] to have contact information for a superior of his and he informed me that he was the supervisor, and then he also stated to me that once he hung up on me. I was able to get a hold of him once more, and he told me to contact another individual. I did indeed contact the other individual who stated that my husband and I were more than qualified to obtain this home.
