Dear Revdex.com, I have received the complaint from [redacted] and find it totally unacceptable on our part not only on the part of “forgetting” to cut the check ( from my office manager ) to the issues he has had on his Nissan AND the fact that [redacted] , sales manager at the Subaru store did not explain properly the market value adjustment that is necessary on trade vehicles when the new vehicle is ordered and not in stock I sincerely apologize to [redacted] and to assure him the check was mailed out on August 20, and he should be receiving it any day now If *** would like to further discuss his dealings here, I would absolutely like to hear what happened on several different times dealing with us, it is just unacceptable to me and my family that mistakes were made My office number is [redacted] Yours Truly, [redacted] President, Waikem Auto Family
