I have received the complaint from [redacted] and find it
totally unacceptable on our part not only on the part of “forgetting” to cut
the check ( from my office manager ) to the issues he has had on his Nissan AND
the fact that...

[redacted], sales manager at the Subaru store did not explain
properly the market value adjustment that is necessary on trade vehicles when
the new vehicle is ordered and not in stock.
I sincerely apologize to [redacted] and to assure him the check
was mailed out on August 20, 2014 and he should be receiving it any day now.
If [redacted] would like to further discuss his dealings here, I
would absolutely like to hear what happened on several different times dealing
with us, it is just unacceptable to me and my family that mistakes were made.
