We hired Shaun and his crew to do house painting and replace our roof in August through October Early spring we noticed several shingles had blown off in our yard and contacted Shaun, he said he would come fix the problem and his crew did come do some work However shingles continued to come off the roof and we noticed leaking in our upstairs ceilings Shaun and his crew came several times throughout 2015-always promising to fix the problems but the problems grew worse with more and more damage to our upstairs ceilings and even down the walls causing paint to bubble and shingles continually falling off the roof In he said that our shingles were defective and asked us to fill out a claim form with Castlebrook since the shingles were guaranteed for up to years and he said he was going to do the same We got the claim forms from Menards but they required the receipt from the original purchaser of the shingles Shaun had bought the shingles and roofing suppli
