We have investigated and can report the following
We had received two letters from someone complaining about mailings, but there was no name on the letter. The third letter - seemed like the same
person had written it , had a name on it of *** ***
We investigated immediately and found he was never a patient of ours
We learned that the mailings were being sent by a Marketing Company we had hired to promote for us. We immediately contacted them and asked that *** *** ***'s name be removed from their list
This should handle the matter!
