The only reason you would contact a company like this is because you need the money immediately. It has been 4 days and I still don't have a check even though it was approved 4 days ago. If you are in dire need go somewhere else. They give you the run around

I applied for a pre settlement loan with Preferred Capital Finance . I called every day for over a week before I received a call stating they needed my second attorneys contact info . Every time I called the office prior to a phone call from PCF I was told my application was under review . I gave them the requested information within one hour of there request . It then took PCF another 5 days to make a desicion on my application. PCF advertises a quick response time on there webpage . I filed a application on May 24th and did not get a desicion until today ( wed June 8th ) . In case you are wondering it took roughly to weeks for their underwriters to state that they would like to see a current pre settlement offer . If I had or other consumers in need already had a pre settlement offer I am sure PCF would reconsider .
