Preferred Builders is owned by an awesome guy that has customer service in mind right along with HIGH QUALITY! You would not have a problem with this company at all. The owner is straight forward, his employees are kind and great workers. They all give 150% in everything they do. They have redone my kitchen (completely gutted it moved electric etc), they changed our house from electric to gas hot water heater, they redid 2 condos for us and at all times were professional. This company is the cream of the crop through and through!
