Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Car does not have frame rotCar was lifted multiple times by myself and multiple shops without causing the damage that Preferred Automotive caused due to incorrect lift placementQuarter panel was also not damaged prior to being at Preferred automotiveThey tried to hide the damage by reattaching the side skirts over the broken part, easy to tell because the hardware they used to mount it back on was brand new and shinyAlso I did pay for the work done to the car, cash at request of the ownerWhich makes sense now as they probably didn't want me to have a receipt Sincerely, [redacted]

when said person brought car in he did not tell us that the frame lift support was rotted and we paid him for the broken parts and did not vharge him for work performed regards
