Review: My car was in an accident that was covered by another party. I chose Preferred because I'd used them before. The damage was on the driver's side doors. After pickup, the doors were done beautifully, but I had a 3 inch long crack in the corner of my bumper that I noticed immediately. I showed the administrative assistant, Lola, and expressed my concern with two other workers. Right before leaving, Lola and the fellow (I believe it's the owner of shop manager) told me that the crack was already there. It was not - my report says there were dings and scratches on the whole of the ca, but this is a crack. It also looks like they tried to paint over it, because there are paint/air bubbles on that side of the bumper.Desired Settlement: The company must have hit something, and they tried to cover it up very poorly. I want my bumper replaced, or I want them to pay for the replacement. I do not trust them anymore.

When Ms. [redacted] picked up her vehicle it was explained to her by our Manager, Matt, that the damage on the rear bumper was from a previous, poor repair. He explained how the poor repair, not being prepped correctly, was the result of the bubbling. We did not damage her bumper, the damage is not fresh. Thank you.

The first two photos were taken by [redacted] insurance company before the work was done to the vehicle. The last two photos were taken on the day I received the vehicle back. It is clear that there were no bubbles in the paint or a crack on the left rear side before the car was taken to [redacted]
