The worst company for Septic system. I do not know how they are still in business.
First, they charge you $285 before even making an appointment.
Then the repairmen showed up 1 hour late without anyone calling that there will be delay.

We needed a part for our septic tank so we called PreDoc. Their policy is a three hour minimum for $285.00. We agreed even tho you must pay before they even make an appointment! The tech came and after a short time said we indeed need the part, BUT HE DIDN'T BRING ONE WITH HIM! They wanted us to pay again to have him come back out to install it! We said forget it! Expensive lesson learned! We found someone local for less than $100.00! Shop local! Run from PreDoc!

Review: I have a PreDoc septic system that cost over 40 thousand dollars to install. Every time it rains the alarm goes off meaning there is an issue with the system and it will reduce the life of the system. The installer cannot get it to work properly nor the inspector. They have done nothing to rectify the situation. I believe it is a faulty system that does not function correctly from the factory.Desired Settlement: I would like the system fixed or to be given a refund to install a different septic system.
