Preddie Keith S. & Associates

Review: I had a contract with Mr *Preddie of Preddie & Associates to draw and obtain permits for a roof addition for my property in [redacted], MD. Mr Preddie collected a down payment of $2000.00 and proceeded to make excuses for the next 3 months while he did absolutely nothing. After I threatened to sue him, he began to work on the project but progress has been extremely slow with constant poor excuses. He has no sense of responsibility/follow through or work ethics. He will not answer his phone or show up for meetings that he schedules to show the progress of his work. He does not call to notify me that he is not planning to meet. He has given me the run around for 8 months without providing drawing for my approval or finalizing anything.

He stated in the contract that he would complete the project in 5 weeks. He had not even started the project in that time, and he has continued to waste my time with false promises and evasive tactics. He has no regard for my time, and no integrity as an individual.

His last promise he stated he would bring his drawings to my property on 6/17/13. He never showed up, and he has not called or answered his phone since that time.
