At this time, I have been contacted directly by Precut Auto Tint regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The company offered to send me a new product at a reduced cost..tthis is no way to resolve a company mistake....they should either refund the full amount or offer to send the correct product that was ordered......avoid this comapnny as it seems to be their MO reading other complaints online

This so-called company screwed up on their part not me and when they offered a refund it was only for the partial amount that I paid for the items their screwup should result in a full refund not a partial refund I will not be doing business with this company ever again in the future. future buyers beware this so-called company is a scam artist.

We did receive a complaint from the customer that he was missing his back door pieces for his pick up truck. Upon carefully reviewing his order, we have noted that the customer had ordered a base model cab which does not have back doors included. After politely explaining to the customer that a...
wrong model was ordered and that we can provide the back doors if shipping was paid for by the customer. Customer would not accept these terms and demanded that we correct this mistake. We finally offered the customer an option of just sending everything back for a refund at a total loss to us because we cut and made a product based on his order. Customer did not want to send anything back for a refund and instead chose to open up a complaint.

I am deeply disappointed in that the company is still unable to come to an agreement in that the wrong product was shipped. In the email I had received from the customer service representative, she had stated that I didn't order a 4 piece rear window kit even though it is clearly stated on the packaging and the packing slip that I did. Also, even if the 2 back windows weren't included with this kit which I was under the assumption I was seeing that I ordered an ALL window kit for my vehicle; I still did not receive what the company is considering to be the right kit. I did not receive the drivers side window tint OR the correct rear window which I have proof of ordering the correct one. I was however offered a refund if I send the product back which would not be a loss to the company seeing that I'm not the only person who has a 1998 Toyota Tacoma and the item can easily be resold. The only reason that sending it back is not an option for me is that the company expects me to pay for shipping (which is $12.99 and is almost half of the price of the product) even though it truly is their mistake.

The complaint was on 7/**. You did a pre-label with shipping, but the actual package did not get mailed until the [redacted]. I have refused the package and u can track it back to you. Please note totally different address on the package than what is listed with the Revdex.com. Rufund the money, it's on its way back to you. I'm still awaiting the other 2 emails u claim were sent to me. Had you of sent four responses, I would never of had to contact the Revdex.com. I plan on contacting [redacted] and filing a dispute.

Ask them fie the 4 emails sent to me. The first one was rude, and that was the second one after I filed with the Revdex.com. they did not send 4 emails. I sent several emails. They had plenty of time to stop shipping. Two days later after I notified them of an error, they still shipped it out. I would like to see all 4 emails sent to me. I have refused the package and the [redacted] is using the original tracking number. Please note the mailing return address is totally different than what's listed with the Revdex.com. I want a refund. It's $33. I needed tint this week. Was gonna order from them but they never reached out to fix the problem. So many companies

In our communications, we have established that the package was delivered with [redacted] however the customer claims not to have received the package. We have also mentioned that we will be sending a free replacement to a different address provided by the customer free of charge....
Understandably customer is angry for not receiving the package, however we are sending out a free 2nd package.

Review: The product I received was damaged. I contacted the supplier several times about the damaged product, [redacted] was non compliant when asked to replace my damaged item.Desired Settlement: Replace my item, or refund .
Review: I ordered window tint for my vehicle and received a totally wrong product. The company offers a full refund and or subsititution if its their mistake. The problem is the company offers no phone number on their website and no service personnel to discuss the issue with. All complaints must be via email with a promise to get back within twenty four hours..its now been over two days and I have no correspondence. I see another poster here had the same experience with this company......they simply don't respond to any communication. Fortunately I only ordered a small dollar amount, to more or less test their product, before ordering for my other vehicles. BUYER BEWARE with any internet company that does not have a phone number and makes a lot of promises......Desired Settlement: a 100% refund or exchange for the product ordered with them picking up the postage return as advertised in their marketing material.

Review: I ordered window tint for a car. The window tint does not fit. It is not even close to being for the same car. The receipt shows that it is for the correct car. The product does not fit. The website says that it can be returned by logging into your account, but there is no place to log into an account. The web site map also shows no location for logging into an account. I do not believe this business is serious about honoring returns for incorrect product. I have tried to contact them but have not received any answer by phone or e-mail.Desired Settlement: $66.98 USD. Is the amount paid for this item. It is unusable since it does not fit the car. The product is incorrect and of poor quality. I am not interested in a replacement. I have no confidence that a replacement will be correct or of quality.
