That is not what happened here, the gentleman brought in the watch on 8/6/with a loose crownI told him it would be $to repair the crown and he left the watch with meThe next day when I opened the watch, I found a much bigger problem, so we called him and told him that with parts and labor
it will cost $The gentleman told us that he will talk to his wife and will call us backShortly after he called and told us to go ahead and repair the watch I began to take the watch apartThe following day 8/8/his wife called and told me that they do not want the watch to be repaired and that they want to take it to Ukraine because it is cheaper to fix there, and that they want to pick it upI told her that I already had taken the watch apart, and that if they want me to stop the repair and put it back together it would cost $50, or that they could come and pick it up in pieces as is with no chargeThey told me not to do anything and that they will take it in piecesI even had the right to charge them for the time I spent taking the watch apart, but I did not charge them a pennyI believe that they owe me for the time I spent, but if they insist that it is my fault that they changed their mind in the middle of the repair process, I will be willing to pay them $
