We apologize for the delayed response to both the Revdex.com and to the customerWe have had both phone and internet issues, as well as employees having family emergenciesThis may have affected those trying to contact usFrom this point forward, I will be the point of contactYou can reach me at our main office ###-###-#### or my cell phone ###-###-#### In regards to the customers concern about the scratches on the stained concrete floorsWhile we have not responded lately, due to the reasons I have already stated, we have visited with the customer about this concern before Our manager has explained to the customer that the scratches they have on their floors are being caused by the toenails of a large dog that stays in the house during the day and nightIn an attempt to help the customer, we had our subcontractor work on the floors to attempt to make them look betterSince the time when we did this we were unaware that the situation was still ongoing Naturally, we would like to obtain a response from the Revdex.com first, but we are more than willing to contact the customer, review the situation, and see if there is anything else that can be done to help them with their flooring concerns As stated above please contact me anytime directly or we will wait to hear your email response

I don't necessarily agree with the response that was submitted as that was what was told to me but not my husband, however, I have been to contacted which I do appreciate and am moving forward with the company on a resolution.
