I am rejecting this response because: Most of the response was a lie was nothing wrong with my car when I took it to them and I got receipts for all the work that has been done to my car including a diagnostic from Midas stating the facts. And when they changed my oil they never told me any of that, that was in their statement so with all the time they took to respond that statement is false please review a camera or something these people have been doing this for years but no 1 pushes the issue and rather not deal with it. But they are responsible for my car and need to own up to there mistake!

Precision Tune Auto Care strives to exceed customer expectations by doing the right thing consistently. Mr. [redacted] did visit our facility to perform a routine brake service. After the service was completed Mr. [redacted] noticed a noise coming from the left front of his vehicle upon application of...

the brakes. Mr. [redacted] returned to the center and informed our staff of the issue.  
In the interest of customer service Precision Tune Auto Care replaced the brake hardware components on Mr. [redacted]'s Cadillac at no charge. This problem has been resolved.

Without having the vehicle looked at there is not much I can do, Advance Auto Parts does not do "Diagnostics" they will read your codes at no cahrge. Also for someone to say "we gave a false diagnostic" is crazy. A false diagnostic is impossible. I will authorize the customer to take the vehicle to...

[redacted]( Store Manager) to do a free diagnostic on it and find out exactly whats wrong at the customers convienience. Once we do that and find out whats going on I can better judge the situation. [redacted]d is also a "Master GM Certified Technician" and he would be better suited to look at vehicle. Customer can call the store at ###-###-#### to set up a appointment at any time that suites him.

On many prior occasions we have recommend replacing the oil pan,because of the threads were gone that holds the drain plug secure and from leaking oil andfalling out. The vehicle had a Temporary plug install some time ago, by another shop.The vehicle has 231,096 at time of service.[redacted] called the me on 11/03/15 at 5:28 p.m., and said the car is not running very welland had lights illuminating on the dash, I ask the address and location of the vehicle andto leave the keys in it or have them readily available so we can have it Towed to our shopand take a look at in the morning the next day.The next day the Tow company call to inform us that, there where no keysto be found at the location of the vehicle, therefore could not be towed.I called [redacted] to ask where the keys were, she instructed to me that she would bringthem to me that morning, she showed with the keys after 3:00 pm.I told her that the Towing company would pick the keys up from me and go and get hercar.She wanted us to provide a rental car, before even looking at her car. I also explained thati F the problem is not related to the prior oil change performed almost a month prior, thatshe would he responsible for the Towing charges. She ask for her keys back and left.It is to my believe that her problems with her car is not directly related to the previous oilchange on 10/16/2015, and may be related to years of neglected maintenance, and muchneeded repairs on her Mitsubishi Galant with 231,096 miles since 10/16/2015.I would be happy to take a look at her car at no charge, If she would leave the keys so itcould he towed, or drive it to our shop. I would need to see a receipt where the dealer was gonna charge 2000 dollars to program computer before going any further. Generally this is a hundred dollar repair.
