The driver did not even walk up it to inspect the roadI also informed him that we had had rock dump trucks up the road and six concrete trucks with no issues

When the consumer makes the order, they sign that delivery is at the discretion of the driver The driver determined that it was too steep and too soft to put a semi truck up there The driver must be able to enter safely and it is at his discretion
